By default we offer 1-month full refund and 6-month exchange warranty on all of our products except for laptop batteries. Laptop batteries are covered by 1-month refund and 3-month exchange warranty since they are more demanding to actually be charged and never left empty for a long time (see our FAQ about it).

If you purchase extended warranty, we will extend the period of full refund (minus the warranty cost) for up to 3 months and a period of exchange up to 12 months (1 year).
